FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about House Accounts, written for sales leaders—not technical teams.

How does House Accounts work?

You upload a customer list. House Accounts reviews past orders, repeat buying patterns, and public business activity to show which accounts deserve a call and why.

Does House Accounts replace my CRM?

No. House Accounts sits on top of your existing sales data. Your CRM tells you what happened. House Accounts helps your team decide who to contact this week.

Where do business signals come from?

Business signals come from public sources such as company websites, news pages, hiring activity, events, awards, leadership changes, and other public business updates.

How often are accounts scanned?

The product is designed for weekly monitoring. Customers receive updates when new reasons to reach out are found.

Can I upload more than one customer list?

Yes. Each upload becomes its own list, and you can manage, research, pause, or remove any of them independently from Manage Customer Accounts.

Is my customer data secure?

Your customer list belongs to you. We do not sell it, share it with other distributors, or use it to train public AI models. See the Data Security page for more detail.

Which systems do you support?

House Accounts works best with customer and order exports from systems like commonsku, Facilis, Antera, Essent, HubSpot, Salesforce, and similar tools.

What happens after I upload my customer list?

House Accounts analyzes the list, shows today's best reasons to reach out, saves the dashboard, and continues monitoring the accounts for new opportunities.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are monthly. Customers can contact us at hello@houseaccounts.ai with billing questions, plan changes, or cancellation requests.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled. If you cancel, weekly monitoring and saved dashboard access will stop after the paid period ends.
